I will take you on a deep dive through some simple mindfulness techniques and daily practices that you can utilize in your everyday life. You will learn more about crystals and the ways you can incorporate them into your mindfulness and wellness practice. We will also discuss reiki, self-energy healing, and use of sound therapy.
