With a crystal healing session, we will use crystals to align and cleanse the chakras and help you connect with your inner peace. These sessions help release built up pain, trauma that is stored in the energetic body and help bring overall balance and alignment to the spiritual and physical body. In each session, we'll do a crystal reading that helps me analyze what crystal energy you’re aligned with. Then, we will cleanse and balance the chakras through meditation and by laying crystals on the body. We will wrap up with a reflection, and you'll have the opportunity to shop for crystals.

Reiki is a healing energy that is most often transferred through the hands, similar to the practice of “laying on of hands” in Christian spiritual tradition. The intentional use of Reiki is a spiritual practice with Japanese roots. Reiki practice incorporates hands-on healing, healing meditation, and healing prayer. It is believed that the practice of Reiki allows a practitioner to tap into the universal life energy and help your energy systems to facilitate natural healing.
Reiki may be used in tandem with conventional or other complimentary treatments.
During sessions, you will be asked to either sit or lie down, remaining fully clothed. The practitioner will gently place her hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation. Please allow at least one hour for an individualized Reiki session.
Everyone reacts to Reiki differently. You may or may not feel sensations during your session. Some recipients of Reiki feel sensations such as heat, tingling, or the visualization of colors. Others may have an emotional response. You will most likely experience a sense of deep relaxation and peaceful wellbeing.
The Reiki energy does not come from the Reiki practitioner, but travels through the practitioner. The person who gives it to another also receives it.

During sessions, you will be asked to either sit or lie down, remaining fully clothed. You will be guided through a visualization and meditation while listening to the soothing sounds of healing sound bowls.
Singing bowl therapy dates back to the 12th century and has been used for meditation and rituals in Tibetan culture. Metal bowls produce a deep, penetrating sound that’s used to relax and repair the mind. A 2016 study found that singing bowl meditation reduced stress, anger, depression, and fatigue. All of these things are known to impact physical health and raise the risk for disease, suggesting that singing bowl therapy may be good for your physical, as well as emotional, well-being.
